 Tender For The Implementation Of Disturbance And Fault Recorder (DFR) At 132/33kV Sandakan Main Intake And 132/33kV Menggaris Substations, Refurbishment Of Disturbance And Fault Recorder (DFR) At 275/33kV Kolopis Substation, SVC Cabin At PMU Dam Road And PMU Segaliud, And The Extension Of DFR At 275kV Segaliud Substation.

1) Attendance of tenderer(s) for site briefing/visit is COMPULSORY for all station or else tenderer(s) shall be disqualified. 

2) Company stamp should be brought during site briefing/visit as proof of attendance During signing of attendance forms which shall be provided upon arrival at each site/substation. 

3) Only one (1) person is permitted to represent one Company where it is a COMPULSORY to bring and present a Letter Of Authority of that person to the SESB Person-in-charge/Engineer during the site briefing/ visit at the sites/substations

Tender document and other information can be obtained at the office of Procurement Division, Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd. 8th floor, Wisma SESB, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, 88673 Kota Kinabalu during office hour from Monday to Thursday - 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon & 02.00 p.m. to 04.00 p.m. and Friday - 09.00 a.m. to 11.30a.m. & 02.00 p.m. to 04.00 p.m.Payment of document fee is not refundable


Document can only be sold to contractor who produces the original copy of certificate, company's official stamp and authorized letter from owner Company representative only) at the time of purchase. 


Completed tender shall be deposited in the Tender Box located at Ground floor, Wisma SESB, Kota Kinabalu before 12.00 noon on the date as specified above. Late receipt of tender will not be accepted.

Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd., does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender nor to assign any reason for the rejection of any tender nor will it be responsible for any cost incurred by the tenderers.
